Fresk organised a charity event with the theme You Are Enough. It was held in Canberra, and included:

• Screening of the You Are Enough film (5 minutes)
• Guest speakers talking about their struggles to success
• Live Music: singer Gemanuelle Magpantay - Local Canberran artist
• Prizes

Proceeds went to This Is My Brave Australia (TIMBA). Their mission is to end the stigma surrounding mental health issues by sharing personal stories of individuals living successful, full lives despite mental illness through poetry, essays and original music, on stage in front of a live audience.

Film

The short film that screened at this event explains why I am so passionate about healthy skincare and why I want every person to know You Are Enough.

The film is based on self-acceptance arising out of struggle. It is my personal story on how I overcame life struggles to where I am now. My hope in making the film is to inspire people, particularly women, to begin the process of self-acceptance and to love who they are from the inside; to know that they are enough.

We were delighted by the number of people that came to the event. Your support is greatly appreciated.
